Contest Rules

1.  How to Enter Contests: Click on the rafflecopter.com link provided on this page or through the One Christian Dad Facebook page.
2.  Eligibility Restrictions:
A.  Contests are open to One Christian Dad readers who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in BC. 
B. Persons are ineligible to win prizes or participate in contests if they have won a One Christian Dad contest, giveaway or promotion in the last 30 calendar days.
C.  Persons who are ineligible to win prizes or participate in contests include:
(a) My immediate family (parents, spouse, children, siblings and roommates) This does not include in-laws but certainly does include my wife…sorry hun, (b) employees of participating sponsors3.  Contest participants agree that One Christian Dad and contest sponsor(s)  have the right to use the name, voice or likeness of contest participants and winners for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.4.  One Christian Dad will not disclose or sell participant personal information.5. No purchase is necessary. Purchase does not increase odds of winning.6. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winning date.7. Chance of winning depends on the number of correct and eligible contest participants and entries.8. Prize amounts and value will vary from contest to contest. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or other merchandise. Prizes are not transferable without approval from One Christian Dad.9. Prizes will be mailed to contest winners unless otherwise decided upon by One Christian Dad.  One Christian Dad is not responsible for loss or damage of prize when mailed or emailed.10. Winners are responsible for federal, state/provincial and local taxes and fees if applicable.

11.  One Christian Dad reserves the right to require contest winners to sign a liability release prior to acceptance and receiving of any prize awarded.

12. By participating, each contest participant waives any and all claims of liability against One Christian Dad and contest sponsors for any damage or personal injury or loss which may occur from participation in the contest or from the use of prizes awarded by One Christian Dad.

13.  Contestants are required to provide truthful information.  One Christian Dad will reject any entry that is discovered to be false.

14. One Christian Dad reserves the right to disqualify any participant attempting to tamper with the contest entry process.

15.  One Christian Dad reserves the right to substitute contest prizes with other prizes of approximately equivalent value.

16. One Christian Dad reserves the right to cancel or modify contest and contest rules at any time.

Permissions

I never thought I would ever need a permissions page, but due to the numerous requests to use material …  Here is the legal jargon!
1.  You are permitted to reproduce and distribute any original material on this blog provided that you do  not change any wording,  misrepresent the author (me) in any way, or charge a fee for distribution other than to cover the cost of reproduction.  What I write is free for all to view.
2.  For web posting, a link to the post is preferred.
3.  Please simply include the following statement on any distributed print copy:
4. All youtube.com video footage and public domain pictures used on this blog are not copyright protected by me so feel free to use them – unless they are pics of my family….
5. Feel free to contact me if you want to use anything in a way other than indicated here.  Who knows i might just say yes 🙂
